The role
Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing the Category plan to maximise the retail revenue and densities to deliver against the agreed business plan. You will be negotiating, tendering, managing and maximising partner contracts and tracking performance and KPIs to deliver business critical revenue and the desired guest experience.
What will make you successful in the role?
We are looking for someone with an intuitive understanding of the retail and/or hospitality markets, from operational excellence through to a deep understanding of the commercial drivers of individual unit performance, and a passion for exceeding our customers’ expectations. The ability to form strong supportive and challenging relationships with partners is also key. Candidates with Retail Leadership experience will be expected to have been part of tender processes and complex contractual arrangements.
