The Role:
This role is for a Commercial Manager for PremiAir. PremiAir is Manchester Airport’s Private terminal offering customers a streamlined departure, enviable pre-flight treatment or the smoothest possible arrival. PremiAir offers business and leisure travellers alike, the ultimate travel experience with no private jet required.

The purpose of this role is to grow PremiAir’s EBITDA by maximising income from distribution partnerships, corporate clients, and owning product development business cases from inception to go-live.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective business relationships are established and maintained with customers, partners, and other third parties
  • Assist with the development of Sales and Marketing strategies and goals and review KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Actively work with internal CAVU teams to implement growth strategies and provide ideas to support the maximisation of yield through balancing capacity and commercial return, whilst protecting and growing long-term commercial performance and guest satisfaction levels
  • Is fully involved and supports the CAVU social media team in driving awareness through social media channels
  • Support the development of product evolution and ancillary revenue opportunities, e.g., chauffeur/private transfers, retail and sponsorship
  • Utilise market intelligence and data to set future pricing and selling strategies, including events space and Private Suites and communicate these to the relevant teams
  • Support the PremiAir General Manager in implementing a sales culture throughout the PremiAir team

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience as a commercial manager
  • Excellent B2B sales and relationship building experience
  • Good numerical skills 
  • Good Excel Skills 
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Previous experience running a P&L
  • Proven experience writing business cases
  • Good Account Management / Partnerships or Relationship related skills
  • Good contract negotiation skills
