The role

As a key member of our Digital Team, reporting into the Content Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our online presence. In this role, you’ll create, refine, and maintain high‑quality digital content across our three core airport websites—Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands—as well as other websites such as our corporate site, careers pages, and the Runway Visitor Park website. You’ll also support wider marketing initiatives and campaigns, helping to ensure our brand, tone of voice, and messaging remain consistent and compelling across our entire digital estate. Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with a breadth of teams including Marketing, Design, SEO, and Social, bringing your individual creativity and insight to produce content that enriches the passenger experience at every stage of their airport journey.

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll bring proven creative writing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to uphold excellent standards even within time‑sensitive tasks. You’ll be a collaborative team player who thrives on working closely with colleagues across the business. While not essential, hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (particularly Storyblok), as well as a good understanding of SEO principles and web performance metrics, would be a valuable advantage.

Equal Opportunities & Reasonable Adjustments

We’re building something brilliant at MAG: a diverse team of Journey Makers who share our values and want to make a difference. We’re on a mission to be number one in our industry, and that takes talent in all its forms. With so many exciting roles across our airports and businesses, there’s space for your unique strengths to shine.

Whether this is your first role or your next big step, we want to hear from you – even if you don’t think you tick every box. What matters most is what you bring.

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer. If you need any adjustments to support your application or interview, just let us know. We’re committed to helping you perform at your best.
