The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the content strategy across brands, campaigns, and channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimise content
  • Manage the end-to-end content development process
  • Analyse content performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Produce innovative, engaging content across platforms and channels
  • Implement enhancements to tone, messaging, formats to boost engagement
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst the content team
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external content partners
  • Balance brand standards and house style with creativity and calculated risk-taking

 

Skills & Experience:

  • An understanding of B2B audiences and how to effectively engage them
  • An understanding of SEO and how it is affected by on-site factors
  • Understanding of web analytics and KPIs related to website content
  • An exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to cope well under pressure
  • Able to multitask and prioritise demanding work requests
  • Must be an innovative thinker, with evidence of an inquisitive approach to content, continually looking for new ways of improving content, user experience and website performance
  • Strong relationship builder / interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Customer focussed, self-starter with ‘can do’ attitude and bags of enthusiasm to make a real difference
