What the role is?

 

We are seeking a Digital Integration Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of our digital solutions. Working closely with our Growth, Product, and Operational teams, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activity and service delivery. Your insights will drive continuous improvement and innovation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

In this role, you will excel in client communication, strategic coordination, and understanding business needs to deliver solutions in line with contracted specifications and client requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the Integration phase, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions and high levels of client satisfaction.

About You:

 

- Strong client communication and relationship management skills

- Strategic thinker with a knack for aligning solutions with business objectives

- Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams

- Experience in digital technologies and trends

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
