The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital infrastructure that supports the Talent & Diversity function. By optimising platforms such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS), and employee experience tools, you’ll drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the employee lifecycle. Working in close partnership with People, Tech, and external vendors, you’ll ensure that digital solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver measurable impact. Blending digital expertise with talent strategy, you’ll focus on streamlining systems and processes to enable a seamless, data-informed, and user-centric experience for candidates, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.

What will make you successful in this role?

You’ll have a deep understanding of platforms like ATS, LMS, and onboarding tools, with a familiarity with GDPR, data integrity standards, and internal policy frameworks with SAP (TIH and SF) experience desirable. You’ll have a knowledge of e-learning governance, accessibility standards, and training evaluation methodologies, as well as an awareness of current and emerging digital tools in the talent space, including automation and AI-driven platforms. You’ll have experience leading cross-functional projects, particularly those involving system enhancements or new tool rollouts with hands-on experience with data reporting tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). You’ll able to build dashboards, interpret usage data, and translate insights into action with the ability to create engaging, accessible digital content and intranet pages that drive colleague engagement. You’ll be an effective communicator with the ability to upskill users, promote digital adoption, and build confidence across diverse teams.
