The Role
You’ll report directly to the Head of Systems Operations and play a critical role in providing world class service in support of the achievement of MAG business objectives. You’ll lead by example across the team, providing mentoring and coaching as well as being a point of escalation for the Finance, BW and Procurement SMEs. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners and across the wider Systems Operations team to provide service delivery in accordance with SLAs, and will also triage incidents and service requests. You’ll also drive the continual improvement in the level of service looking for improvements, efficiencies and adding value to our colleagues and customers.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll have significant experience in providing SAP ERP (Finance, HR, Procurement, Payroll, BW, BPC) support and change management alongside a knowledge of the challenges around S4/HANA migration and support requirements into BAU. You’ll have a good understanding of SAP Integration suite and ABAP, including SAP Transport between environments with a good knowledge of ServiceNow incident management, creation of metrics and analysis through the application and a good understanding of Employee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding in SuccessFactors. You’ll be an effective communicator with solid stakeholder management skills alongside solid change governance skills. You’ll be self-motivated and pro-active to ensure minimal disruption to our Finance and Procurement environments and support of our end user communities with resolution of incidents and service requests.
