What’s the role?

Reporting into the CFO, and a key member of the CAVU finance leadership team, the role will support the delivery of the CAVU strategy.  The position will lead financial reporting & planning business wide, reporting for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process, as well as aggregating divisional performance.
The position will see you providing senior stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. The role will also play a key role in the provision of a mature risk management culture, embedding effective risk and control matrices and risk scanning activities for the finance function.

About You:

  • Qualified Accountant 3 years + PQE
  • Successful lead finance role in organisation with FP&A focus
  • Previous experience within the online / digital industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated career development of self and others (awareness and application of best practice)
  • Experience of leading others and driving change / process improvements
  • Good knowledge of IT (Microsoft Office programmes) and accounting software
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic team player who can work well with other members of the team.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
