What’s the role?
As Head of eCommerce, you’ll join CAVU’s Senior Leadership Team and shape the future of our global e-commerce strategy. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver outstanding trading performance across our owned digital channels, ensuring a customer- and data-led approach that maximises revenue and EBITDA growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product & Tech, Finance, and Business Development teams to deliver innovation, insight and consistent commercial success across multiple territories.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role carries end-to-end P&L ownership for CAVU’s global distribution businesses. You’ll define and execute strategies that deliver best-in-class online experiences, optimise conversion and average order value, and ensure strong year-on-year commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing CAVU’s global eCommerce strategy, aligned to business goals and customer needs.
- Driving revenue and profit growth through data-led trading strategies and continuous optimisation.
- Building, developing, and leading a high-performing eCommerce team.
- Partnering with content, marketing, and tech teams to deliver high-impact online experiences.
- Managing global merchandising, inventory, and discounting strategies to optimise sales performance.
- Applying data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and act decisively.
About You:
You’re an experienced eCommerce leader who thrives on driving growth, solving commercial challenges, and inspiring teams. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital trading, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
You’ll bring:
- A strong track record in leading eCommerce operations at scale, ideally in a global or multi-brand environment.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce technologies, online trading strategy, and digital marketing performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable using data to make commercial decisions.
- Experience managing P&L and delivering measurable revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A creative and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge and innovate.
