The role

 

Manchester Airport is looking for a Health and Safety Business Partner to support their growth agenda. The partners will provide technical support and guidance to ensure legal compliance with Health and Safety procedures and regulations. They will also provide professional judgement on risk management and incident prevention. The roles require strong analytical skills to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

What will make you successful in the role?

 

Candidates for the Health and Safety Business Partners role at Manchester Airport should have experience working with ISO 45001 management systems and delivering high safety standards in a high-risk operational setting. The essential criteria include 5 years of experience in high hazard and complex environments, holding a NEBOSH diploma or degree equivalent, developing technical health and safety policy and procedures, leading investigations, achieving root cause analysis, robust risk management skills, proficiency in Managing information systems for performance monitoring and analysis, proven experience in auditing and building assurance programs, strong communication skills, and a flexible attitude to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
