The role
You’ll support the creation and delivery of engaging communications to ensure colleagues…
• feel excited about our strategy and transformation
• understand and connect with our values
• are kept up to date with positive news stories from MAG and their local airport
• have a great experience working for MAG
You’ll also assist in creating and delivering comms plans and campaigns, manage communication channels such as our intranet, weekly newsletter, digital screens, face-to-face briefings and events, and you’ll build relationships with key stakeholders to understand priorities across the business and internal communications requirements.
What will make you successful in the role?
Ideally you will have worked in a large matrix style organisation. You'll have strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, attention to detail and a flexible "can-do" attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help and be able to gauge when this is necessary.
