The role:
For your particular area, you’ll lead the development and delivery of the Learning Plans, in line with the Group L&D Strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating learning solutions that deliver against all learning and capability needs, from induction to continuous skills and career development as well as leadership capability.  You’ll utilise learning technology to find innovative ways to engage learners and deliver effective development solutions, driving efficiencies and maximising budget. You’ll also work with key partners and stakeholders to support our apprenticeship and graduate programmes. You’ll measure effectiveness and evaluate all learning to demonstrate return on investment and continuously improve the learning proposition. 


What will make you successful in this role?
You’ll have proven experience of L&D Partnering within a complex, multi-site, blue/white collar organisation and have previously designed and delivered highly effective capability solutions across a range of skills. You’ll have an understanding of learning management systems and how they can be used effectively. You’ll be an effective communicator and relationship builder, especially with senior leadership teams, and have the ability to work on multiple projects whilst prioritising effectively. Experience of creating digital learning content and video creation using authoring tools, software and applications would be an advantage but not essential. You’ll be CIPD qualified, or have the equivalent experience.  Insights or MBTI qualification would also be an advantage.
