What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to champion marketing data and insight across CAVU’s global brand and client network. Reporting into the Lead Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving a data-led approach to performance marketing, customer retention and personalisation.

You’ll work closely with performance, SEO, customer marketing and e-commerce teams to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insight that directly influences marketing strategy and commercial outcomes. This role will contribute to significant EBITDA growth as CAVU continues its global expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning, maintaining and continuously improving the marketing reporting suite using best-in-class analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for ad-hoc marketing data requests, helping to prioritise and deliver insight aligned to business needs.
  • Analysing paid, organic and customer marketing performance to identify optimisation opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Building a holistic view of marketing mix performance by stitching together insights from across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Delivering clear recommendations and presenting insights to senior stakeholders to influence commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Partnering closely with e-commerce and trading teams to drive performance improvements across digital campaigns.

About You:

You’re a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful stories. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders across marketing and e-commerce and are confident explaining insight to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst, ideally within a digital or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO and campaign testing.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect insight across multiple marketing channels.


It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • SQL experience and familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience automating reports and dashboards.
  • Exposure to tools such as Funnel.io, BigQuery, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads.
