The role
In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering the activities that will enable colleagues to work in the new Terminal 2, ensuring they are engaged, willing and able to do their job in the new facility from day one of operation and provide a seamless service for the customer. You’ll assist in the development and delivery of the familiarisation plan and deliver training needs analysis for the T2 operations. You’ll also audit the quality of supplier training, input into the monitoring, measurement and reporting of training activity in terms of cost, quality and attendance and collate feedback from attendees to enable continuous improvement.
What will make me successful in the role?
The ideal candidate will have experience in training and delivery for small groups, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You’ll need to be able to analyse situations, think critically, and come up with effective solutions and be able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment. You’ll also need to be able to effectively manage your time to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
