The Role

 

This role is available at a time of massive growth for MAGO, as we continue to grow at pace. This is a real success story as we invest more and more in the US travel market.

 

Based out of our Head office in Manchester, you will be Working within a highly professional Organic Search Team, whilst also working hand in hand with our Digital Marketing team based in Chicago.

 

You will be responsible for the management and optimisation of MAG USA’s PPC accounts including our market leading distribution websites, US based airports and lounges. Working closely with the PPC Lead, the PPC Manager will devise and implement a PPC strategy in line with MAG USA’s business objectives. Data driven and with a keen eye for detail the PPC manager will be capable of executing advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow and nurture the channel at scale. The role requires previous hands-on experience of managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis.

 

Typical duties include:

  • improve the customer journey and conversion rate for PPC
  • Create and implement a rigorous testing strategy
  • Continuously look for ways to automate, optimise and improve efficiency across the accounts.
  • Deliver regular reports recommending improvements
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify key opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity

 

You!

 

Data driven and with a keen eye for detail, you will be capable of executing advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow and nurture the channel at scale. The role requires previous hands on experience of managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis. Experience managing multiple accounts and scaling internationally desired but not essential.

 

You will already have commercial experience with PPC, which might also be derived via a marketing agency. It is strongly preferred that you have working knowledge of the following:

  • Certified in Google Adwords (essential)
  • Ability to use Bing and Google Analytics
  • Google Analytics IQ desired but not essential.
  • Bid management tools such as DBM, Kenshoo etc are desired but not essential.

 

The successful candidate will ideally be digitally-focused and data-driven and able to demonstrate success within PPC elsewhere in their career. This role would suite someone who is currently working within an agency or commercially- focused business, enjoys being hands-on with their work and is looking for a step-up into a complete channel ownership position
