You’ve led or supported business transformation projects, ideally across banking, retail, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced environments

You bring M&A integration experience or are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments

You're used to working without a rulebook – happy to create structure where none exists and comfortable working with red tape

You know how to challenge constructively – with experience managing difficult messaging and communication

You thrive in cross-functional, diverse teams – and know how to get the best out of people

You’re pragmatic, not precious – someone who believes in progress over perfection

What's the role?

We’re looking for a commercially savvy People Partner to join us on a 6-month journey, one that’s all about transformation, integration, and growth.

With a number of high-impact projects underway; including M&A activity, global integration, and a rapid growth strategy - this role is all about making things happen, fast. You’ll step into a space with minimal central support, multiple stakeholders, and lots of moving parts – so we need someone who thrives in pace, ambiguity, and complexity.

You’ll be working across up to four workstreams covering transformation, structure, and performance, and you’ll be instrumental in shaping how people and culture evolve during this next phase. It’s a chance to truly hit the ground running and help drive meaningful change at CAVU.
