The Role

Are you passionate about optimising business processes and driving system improvements? In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our applications run smoothly and efficiently while continuously looking for ways to enhance performance.
In this role, you’ll assess our current systems, questioning existing processes and finding opportunities to simplify and improve. Your expertise in SAP and Ariba will help shape the way we work, ensuring seamless integration and effective functionality. You’ll also keep up with the latest technical developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our applications and improve the user experience.
Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, challenging the status quo and championing best practices. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way will be essential, ensuring everyone understands the benefits of change.

What will make you successful in the role?

With a number of years’ experience in SAP application support, you’ll have a solid understanding of SAP and Ariba modules, particularly in accounts payable processes. You’ll be confident in system integration, interface monitoring, and issue resolution. Your problem-solving skills will be key, allowing you to navigate challenges and propose effective solutions.
You’ll also have the ability to manage change effectively, ensuring that updates are implemented smoothly while keeping training materials and processes aligned. Independence is crucial—you’ll need to prioritise workloads, make key decisions, and perform under pressure when deadlines are tight.
This role is about more than just maintaining systems; it’s about making a real impact. If you’re ready to take ownership, challenge conventions, and help shape the future of our applications, we’d love to hear from you.
