About The Role

The Procurement Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and developing the procurement systems landscape, including SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules. The role holder will be responsible for system administration, continuous improvement, and enhancing functionality to meet the needs of the Group Procurement & Contracts team.


Working across teams in Procurement, Finance, the CoE, and a diverse range of suppliers, you will support the delivery of the buying route strategy whilst maximising the functionality of existing P&C systems. You will also provide application support and troubleshooting for internal users and suppliers, alongside contributing to the development of training materials to ensure effective system use.


What Will Make You Successful

The successful candidate will have a background in procurement and be a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to understand challenges and apply technical knowledge to develop effective solutions. They will be confident translating procurement needs into system improvements and simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, enabling the successful candidate to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior management.

The successful candidate will also bring excellent IT skills, including proficiency in SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, alongside a flexible and adaptable approach to communicating ideas clearly and effectively. Experience in data and reporting would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
