The role
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Product Marketing in producing product marketing strategies and campaigns for CAVU’s B2C Escape Lounges and aether (the private terminal) across the globe (EMEA, APAC, AMER). You will support on delivering the “go to market” plans for new and existing lounges, driving visitor numbers and increasing profitability.
You will need a strong understanding and experience of creating clear product positioning, with concise and effective messaging and utilising data driven insights to drive marketing activity. You will need a strong understanding of the market, competitors and of customer wants and needs to balance and inform marketing activity.
Additional info:
- Support the Head of Product Marketing in underpinning CAVU’s EBITDA growth.
- This role will support the income growth of our Experiences footprint.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and execute B2C product marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales
- Use customer insights and competitor intelligence to develop product positioning and key messaging
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends and analyse market data to make recommendations on product pricing and promotions
- Work closely with our Brand team to inform and build marketing activity
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our Product and regional Business Development teams
- Provide progress updates and performance measurement of marketing activity through tracking and measurement
- Be the evangelist, internally and externally, for CAVU’s ‘experience’ products and drive forward their success
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in marketing roles with a focus on B2C
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of marketing channels and how they work together to drive product awareness and sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, customer focussed messaging
- An understanding of the customer, market and competitive landscape
- Self-starting, highly motivated and organised, with the capability to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines
- Budget management experience
- Creative flair to deliver compelling marketing messaging
