The Role
As a Product Owner at MAG, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the future of our innovative digital solutions. You will be responsible for driving the development, optimisation, and delivery of cutting-edge products that align with the company’s overall product vision and business strategy. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also maintain scalability, performance, and technical excellence. Through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design and data, you will feed clear business and customer requirements into the build of new features, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. By leveraging your deep understanding of tech and product, you will contribute to delivering world-class solutions across MAG’s three airports. For this role, you’ll be a subject matter expert for our websites, driving discovery activity and owning the roadmap with the overall aims of creating ‘stand-out’ passenger experiences and growing revenue.
What will make you successful?
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience working across websites, with a background in a/b testing and optimisation, as well as a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meaningfully enhance customer journeys and drive incremental revenue. You’ll be familiar with agile methodologies and applying a data driven approach to opportunity sizing and measuring product performance. You’ll be commercially astute, an effective communicator and storyteller, and a strong advocate for the customer.
