About the role:

 

The Program Manager will support the Global Delivery team by ensuring all projects are set up for success – a collaborative role working with many different workstreams (Operations, Product, Growth, Data, Trading, Tech, Creative) across all regions.

This role will require travel within the UK/Europe and US – approximately 20%.

Skills & Experience Required

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Management or Store Development or similar field
  • 5+ years of supporting/coordinating Foodservice, Construction/Facilities or Multi-team projects
  • 5+ years of invoice management; budget report analysis
  • 5+ years of using Project Management Systems – Asana, Monday.com, Workboard, Jira or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com or similar system(s)
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator
  • Travel expectations (UK/Europe and US) = 20%

 

 

Key tasks and responsibilities

 

Schedule and Budget Compliance , EMEA/APAC

•Develop key milestones and schedule formats for all project cycles – midterms, remedial, rebrand, new, existing POC for external project consultants – Project Manager, Designer, Architect or others

•Manage supplier or new vendor requests; facilitate invoice oversight and payment inquiries. Cross-functional with Experiences/Finance team

Bid Management, EMEA/APAC

            •Support all lounge product submissions across the EMEA and APAC region

•Manage the creative brief process to ensure bid production is seamless and timely. This will be supported by the Project Coordinator.

Process and Program Automation and Reporting, Global

•Develop and manage all portfolio templates to automate schedule milestones, risk register, and budget tracking. The program team will utilize Monday.com for product delivery.

•Develop and manage all visual tools (charts, graphs, % completion targets)  for delivery projects across all region

 

 

Facilities Management Automation and Dashboard, EMEA/APAC

•Develop and manage Facilities Management Program; work with all relevant stakeholders to develop a plan that protects the asset. Collaborate with Finance team to understand annual budgets to maintain the asset.

•Manage annual midterm, R&M and remedial budgets. Collaborate with Central team workstreams to ensure all

•stakeholders are informed on project planning, scope, and any urgent safety concerns.
