The Role
You’ll lead the expert planning and scheduling support across capital projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic programme milestones. You’ll develop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules that directly inform and contribute to the Airport Integrated Master Programme (IMP), enabling enterprise-wide visibility, scenario analysis, and informed decision-making.
What will make you successful?
You’ll have a strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path methodology, and programme controls with proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), as well as an awareness of project lifecycle stages within capital infrastructure projects. Experience supporting project planning in infrastructure, aviation, utilities, or construction programmes. You’ll be skilled in schedule development, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination, alongside the ability to translate complex schedule data into clear, actionable reports. You’ll have a degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, or a related discipline. APM/PMI certification (e.g. PMQ, CAPM) or P6 scheduling accreditation, and training or qualifications in project controls, delay analysis, or Earned Value Management (EVM) would all be desirable.
