The role
You’ll support MAG’s SAP applications and in particular SAP SuccessFactors and will support operational components of incident management, service requests, project activities and testing in line with MAG’s policies and procedures and in support of MAG’s privacy and GDPR compliance. You’ll work closely with other members of the Systems Operations and the Change Team as well as our AMS partners, Product Managers and Business Partners as part of a resolver group triaging and resolving requests and incidents. You’ll also take ownership of all aspects of implementation and changes to resolve incidents and will be the driving force ensuring our MAG Technology applications delivered by the projects and change teams meet stringent conditions to be fit for support in BAU.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll have 4+ years hands-on experience of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support across multiple modules with the proven ability to work effectively in a global team environment, across multiple time zones and geographies. You’ll have experience of complex data migrations from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors. Ideally you’ll be familiar with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors; SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and its integration with EC; SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You’ll have an understanding of testing methodologies and the development/execution of test scripts alongside experience of all phases of the project lifecycle (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support). You’ll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
