As a self-motivated telesales professional you will be responsible for responding to commercial drivers within the business to target customers with real time offers driving revenue for the business, and for delivering effortless service in response to sales enquiries.

About you
•You will be responsible for contacting new and established customers, making outbound sales calls and receiving inbound customer sales calls
•In addition, you may also be required to assist with securing online bookings by engaging customers through an online chat facility
•Maximises targeting prospects by providing world class customer service with first class knowledge of MAG products and services, with an ability to promote relevant products and services based on customer segmentation.
•Generates new target customers through research, networking, and referrals.
•Converts target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company products and services.
•Captures and provides insight on products and services to Commercial and Development Team to shape targeted promotions and offers.
•Works closely with Commercial and Development Teams to prioritise opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed targeted expectations.
•Submits standard sales metrics, such as, monthly forecasts.
Maintain Outlook for call backs and outbound sales opportunity and contact management.
