About the Team:

The Procurement and Contracts team at MAG drive sustainable value across our Group of airports. We are changing the way we work, building back smarter, and we are now looking for Procurement professionals to join our IT & Professional Services category.

We work across categories, to deliver projects that maximise opportunities and minimise risk for Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands Airports. Managing our cost base is paramount and with such a diverse business portfolio, the variety of activities is huge. Collaboration is key here, projects are often complex and critical, involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

The role involves a level of sourcing and contractual activity for the categories identified. You will develop and implement sub-category strategies that are aligned with business areas and work across categories to deliver overall benefits for the Group.

You:

Your contribution will truly make a difference to the airport experience for colleagues, partners and guests. In return, there is a huge variety of work and opportunities to grow within the business. You will be experienced in developing, managing and implementing category strategies that support business needs and align with organisational values. Have a track record of successfully managing a category or area of spend at a strategic level and be qualified to degree level (or have an equivalent experience level) with MCIPS (or working towards MCIPS, with financial support from us!).
