The role
You’ll be the subject matter expert providing Primavera P6 EPPM & Oracle/SAP Financial application knowledge and be accountable for creating and maintaining project budget data including schedules, actuals and forecasts. You’ll be responsible for analysing progress reported against the work schedules and produce reports on projects’ progress performance and forecasts. You’ll also contribute to a number of projects where the outputs of this work will be aggregated to provide programme level plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts and reports, whilst managing the team.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar operational environment working with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM enterprise tool and SAP, with the ability to shape & provide bespoke reports from Primavera. You’ll have a commercial background, Quantity Surveying for example, as well as experience in delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects & programmes of work to tight regulatory deadlines. You’ll have membership of RICS (or equivalent) or at least be at an advanced stage of completion (date of APC planned with RICS). A Project Management foundation qualification as recognised by RICS, ICE, IMechE or IEE, a Project Management process qualification - Prince 2 Practitioner, and / or a Primavera P6 user capability to an advanced / administrator level would be desirable.
