The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of procurement experience in a post-contract managed environment, with a deep understanding of NEC forms of contract. You will bring a successful history of developing main and sub-contracting strategies, working with diverse stakeholder groups, and influencing decisions through your in-depth knowledge of the construction market. A solid grasp of EU procurement methodologies and the Procurement Act 2023 is essential. A degree qualification and RICS or MCIPS accreditation (or working towards it) are highly desirable.
