The role
In this role you will provide proven expertise and capability in manpower planning and deployment, to ensure that our internal customers have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillsets to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent passenger experience while maintaining compliance and controlling costs.
This role will support the budget and quarterly forecasting process, conduct roster reviews, and provide an overall view of supply versus demand for the next 18 months. The role requires exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
What will make you successful in the role?
The role requires exceptional and proven Microsoft Excel capabilities, with the ability to create and maintain complex formulas and data manipulation. Knowledge and experience in resource planning in a large-scale operation, along with industry best practice awareness and application, are essential.
• Proven capability in demand forecasting and supply optimization
• Outstanding communication skills with an engaging personality, strong commercial, relationship, communication, and people focus are necessary.
• A problem solver who can think fast, spot trends, generate new ideas, and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Experience in improving performance by introducing more efficient working practices or technology is important.
