The role
We’re looking for a Senior Resource Analyst who can bring proven manpower planning and deployment expertise to our team. In this role, you’ll ensure our internal customers have the right people, in the right place, at the right time — with the right skills — enabling an efficient operation and an outstanding passenger experience, all while maintaining compliance and controlling costs.
There are two key areas of focus. First, you’ll enhance the accuracy of passenger forecasting — the critical foundation for operational decision-making across the airport. Second, you’ll design and deliver annualised monthly roster patterns that optimise resource supply and provide consistent operational coverage.
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills are essential, as you’ll be the team’s go-to expert for building complex formulas and turning data into clear, actionable workforce insights.
What will make you successful in the role?
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel expertise, with proven ability to build and maintain complex formulas and manipulate data.
- Strong experience in resource planning within a large-scale operation, with proven capability in demand forecasting and supply optimisation
- Commercially aware problem-solver who can spot trends, generate ideas and deliver to tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with an engaging style and the ability to influence others
- Track record of improving performance through more efficient processes or technology
- Degree educated (or equivalent) in a planning or relevant technical discipline desirable
- Passionate, proactive and flexible, with a positive, “can-do” attitude
