The role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across our global Experiences portfolio, including Escape Lounges and aether.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll own campaigns end-to-end—driving awareness, engagement and ultimately conversions across key markets including the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
You’ll work at the intersection of performance, creativity and insight—partnering closely with Brand, Creative and Performance Marketing teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing full-funnel paid social campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and bookings
- Creating and delivering paid social strategies aligned to marketing goals and audience insights
- Managing campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Reddit
- Monitoring and optimising performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS
- Managing and allocating budgets to maximise ROI and commercial impact
- Collaborating with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets
- Conducting A/B testing across formats, audiences and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance
- Using market research and customer insights to refine targeting, messaging and positioning
- Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Reporting on campaign performance, sharing insights and making data-led recommendations to stakeholders
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with creative flair and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About you:
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing paid social campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of social platforms and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, Reddit etc.)
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to inform decisions
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience managing and optimising campaign budgets
- A strong communicator, confident presenting ideas and performance insights
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- Self-starter who is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across international markets and understanding cultural nuances
