The Role

As a Systems Analyst in our MAG Digital Products and Services team, you’ll contribute to the HR & Payroll product area working alongside a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and System Analysts. You’ll champion common HR technology products across our enterprise landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors as the core platform for talent, payroll, and workforce management. This includes driving adoption and optimisation of modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning, ensuring seamless integration with supporting systems and services. Your work will enable digitisation initiatives and deliver solutions that meet the most demanding HR and business challenges across our organisation.

What will make you successful in this role

You’ll have strong expertise in HR technology platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in cloud-based HRIS and integration with payroll systems. You’ll be qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Technology, and ideally possess SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification alongside relevant cloud or integration credentials.

You’ll demonstrate system analysis, HR technology knowledge, technical documentation, and problem-solving skills. You’ll bring strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities which are essential for optimising HR workflows and ensuring compliance.

You’ll have experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system integration and would have conveyed complex SAP SuccessFactors concepts in clear, business-friendly language for HR and operational teams.
