The role
As Talent Acquisition Partner for Manchester Airport, you will lead on all non-volume hiring across several areas. You will work closely with the Airport People Director and People Partners, operating as a true talent acquisition subject matter expert, taking your hiring community on a journey to ensure Manchester Airport attracts the best talent, owning the full 360 cycle from awareness, attraction, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
What will make you successful in the role?
You will be in a similar role in a large, fast paced organisation with an enthusiasm and passion for all things hiring. Experience of direct sourcing is essential as we look to increase our reach and develop our talent pools, as is an up to date understanding of the best attraction channels and any new innovative ways to attract talent.
Your stakeholder management and communication skills will be excellent, with an ability to illustrate true empathy to our hiring community whilst influencing and driving positive change. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of employer branding, candidate experience, technology and diversity & inclusion projects with tangible results.
