What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent function. This is a permanent position, based at Manchester Airport 2 days per week on-site Monday and Thursday (with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time).
As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping us scale as a business, leading a 360 recruitment process – from sourcing, attraction, and engagement through to offers and onboarding. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, advising and influencing to ensure we secure the very best talent.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Building strong relationships and partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Sourcing and engaging direct talent using tools such as LinkedIn and market mapping
- Writing compelling job adverts and creating innovative attraction strategies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offers and candidate experience
- Collating and reporting data alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to inform the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, the wider people team and business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling company where your impact will be visible, and your career can grow as we do.
About You:
You’ll be a confident recruiter who thrives in a 360 role and enjoys working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver great outcomes. You may be in-house already, or currently agency-side and ready to make the move.
Here’s what will help you succeed:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – you know how to build trust and influence decisions
- A proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting top talent
- Ideally, experience recruiting in Digital Marketing, Growth, Sales, E-commerce or similar functions
- An appreciation for data-driven recruitment, or a willingness to learn how to use data to shape hiring decisions
- Passionate about providing a great candidate experience
Most importantly, you’ll be curious, and excited by the chance to develop into a world-class Talent Acquisition Partner.
The Perks:
- 25 Days Holiday, with the option to buy up to 10 more, plus 4 flexible bank holidays
- 10% Company Pension
- Annual Bonus Scheme
- On Site Gym
- MediCash Scheme
- A Host of Flexible Benefits & Discounts – including retail, rail, travel and more
The Interview Process:
- Recruiter Screen
- Skills & competency-based interview with Declan Kerr and Kieran Crowder
- Values interview with Nikki Koller
