The Role
You’ll lead the design and delivery of a future-focused, blended learning programme for line managers. This programme will define clear leadership expectations, strengthen capability, and simplify people processes through intuitive digital tools and training. You’ll help to create accountable leaders who deliver an exceptional colleague experience, drive retention, and improve operational performance, ultimately fostering a stronger leadership culture and enabling successful delivery of our People Strategy.
What will make you successful in this role?
You’ll have proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes with a strong understanding of blended learning methodologies and digital learning tools. You’ll have expertise in capability assessment, gap analysis, and workforce planning with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical development solutions. You’ll be familiar with accreditation frameworks and certification processes and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
