💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the planning and delivery of largescale Talent Development Programmes 🔹 Partner with our Talent Digital Optimisation Specialist to evolve systems, tools, and platforms 🔹 Build operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business 🔹 Use data and insight to shape decisions, programme design, and evaluation 🔹 Translate data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders and demonstrate impact
  • Scaling initiatives without losing quality 
  • Navigating complex systems and shifting priorities 
  • Maintaining engagement across hybrid and dispersed teams
