- Mobile Patrols – Patrolling designated landside areas across the airport, identifying and addressing issues that could disrupt traffic flow or create safety or security concerns.
- Providing assistance, information and support to passengers and acting as an ambassador for Manchester Airport.
- Working closely with colleagues across Landside Operations, including Car Park Operations and Customer Transport Operations.
- Proactively managing vehicles stopped or parked in unauthorised areas, including vehicles blocking entrances, bus lanes or other operational areas.
- Supporting customers who may be upset or frustrated, using empathy, professionalism and effective conflict-management skills to help resolve situations.
- Identifying and reporting potential safety or security concerns through the appropriate channels and, where necessary, working with Greater Manchester Police and Landside Management.
- Supporting traffic management and diversions during busy periods, operational disruption or emergency situations.
- Helping to maintain a safe and secure airport environment by identifying and reporting hazards or irregularities.

- A full UK manual driving licence – essential.
- Basic IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office platforms.
