The Role

As a UX Researcher, you’ll lead user research initiatives to uncover actionable insights through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies. Your findings will be synthesized into clear, impactful reports and presentations, ensuring key stakeholders and cross-functional teams stay informed.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role—working closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to embed user needs into the design process. Research objectives will be defined and prioritized in alignment with project goals and business strategies, keeping user experience at the forefront.
Advocating for the user is a core responsibility, using personas, journey maps, and other tools to communicate insights effectively. You'll also establish and maintain best practices for UX research, including ethical guidelines and structured processes.
Beyond qualitative insights, analytics data will be leveraged to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you’ll facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on user needs and opportunities.

What will make you successful in the role?

•    Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Equivalent experience in UX research is also acceptable.
•    Experience in a user research role within a digital or product environment.
•    Demonstrated experience with various research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics).
•    Proficiency in usertesting.com would be advantageous
•    Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma for creating simple wireframes or annotating designs.
•    Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and present actionable insights.
•    Skilled in identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities for user-centered design improvements.
•    Ensure high-quality deliverables, including research plans, reports, and recommendations.
