The Role
As the WFM Systems SME you will be a functional expert in Dimensions and Work Force Management and work closely with the Systems Operation teams, Product Owners and Business Partners to forge stronger collaborative relationships as well as set and deliver the strategy for WFM and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll interpret the requirements from the business and the Product Manager to define and deliver the technical solutions. You’ll take ownership of managing the implementation of, and changes in, the applications and ensure applications not only meet but exceed their performance expectations. 

 

What will make you successful?
You’ll have a working knowledge of the multiple schedules and shift patterns across our 3 Airports and multiple employee groups, alongside a strong technical knowledge of the Advanced Scheduling Workforce Dimensions module as well as Timekeeping, Accruals and Analytics modules. You’ll have an understanding of HR applications and a working knowledge of SuccessFactors would be advantageous. You’ll be an effective communicator, with the ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and work well under pressure to deliver effective solutions often within tight deadlines.
