The Role:

As our BD & Account Manager, be supporting the Head of Transfers to execute the product strategy. More specifically, you will Managing the day-to-day delivery of the ‘Transfer’ product, ensuring an efficient and effective operation as the key point of contact with providers. By developing a thorough understanding of markets in which the product operates, you will be identifying, liaising and maintaining a pipeline of providers. This will include the negotiation and completion of contracts. You will be driving new relationships with providers to optimise terms and in turn ensuring tactical opportunities are fully realised.


Typical Duties:


  • Proactively research, establish and maintain professional relationships with global Transfer providers
  • ENsure pricing data alongside general product (reservation, operations and service) information is updated and managed in the booking engine to ensure correct distribution across various sales channels including ecommerce websites
  • Identify customer (B2B and B2C) demand and pre-empt operational implications
  • Oversee day to day operational requirements, technical trouble shooting and implementing sustainable solutions
  • As product expert carry out regular analysis of relevant competitor products and keep up-to-date with travel trends and activities, making appropriate interventions and presenting recommendations




This role will suit a highly commercial and experienced Key Account Manager with the ability to drive new sales growth. You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, and Candidates with a relevant degree (or equivalent) qualification withing Business and Marketing would be highly desirable. It is expected that you will have experience of managing multiple key accounts with complex and bespoke commercial terms. Candidates who can show a strong ability to research and evaluate diverse and complex information and data with a high degree of accuracy will be of particular interest
