The role
As the Group Assurance and Performance Lead you will be responsible for enhancing current and future second line assurance against the current risk portfolio of MAG and various management systems. You will provide continued proactive assurance performance reporting. Working with and reporting to the Group Compliance and Assurance Lead. Providing trend analysis to support the continuous improvement of both the function and recognise key risks or successes, and lessons learned through the assurance delivered across MAG for Executive Committee reporting by department SLT.
As a central group position, there is expectation and requirement for travel across the three Airport sites.
What will make you successful in the role?
You will have a strong skillset in reviewing lessons learned and trend recognition, with the ability to challenge and hold senior leaders to account for their programme delivery responsibilities. You will possess strong communication and influencing skills and be highly skilled in developing high level information, and reports for senior leaders in the business. Previous continuous improvement experience would be beneficial. Data science experience or the ability to manage data reporting tools would also be beneficial.
