The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Business Support Executive to join our Commercial Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a vital part in supporting our global airport parking and travel products. You'll work closely with operators, suppliers and internal teams to ensure products remain accurate, available and ready for customers to book.
Working across multiple internal systems and platforms, you'll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering inventory block outs, closures and availability restrictions to ensure customers only see products that are available to book.
- Providing day-to-day support to operators, resolving queries relating to product setup, pricing, bookings, availability and system issues.
- Processing amendments for products, including pricing, content, availability and operational updates.
- Supporting the end-to-end activation of new operators and products, including system configuration, testing and launch activities.
- Working closely with Growth Managers to support their operator accounts and ensure a high standard of service.
- Supporting large-scale migration projects by helping onboard products and operators onto new platforms.
- Maintaining accurate data across multiple systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. You're organised, methodical and thrive in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations support or product administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.
- Confidence working across a variety of digital platforms and learning new systems quickly.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting customers, suppliers or business partners in an administrative environment.
What is in it for you?
Our benefits include:
- 25 days holiday, increasing with service (up to 28)
- Option to buy up to 10 extra days + 4 flexible bank holidays
- 10% company pension
- Annual bonus scheme
- On-site gym
- MediCash scheme
- A range of flexible benefits and discounts, including up to 50% off CAVU products such as Escape Lounges and Airport Parking
- Rail and retail discounts
- 2 paid volunteering days per year
- Access to health & wellbeing events, ID&E activities, and learning opportunities
- Formal and informal development options, including mentoring programmes and learning grants
- Enhanced parental leave (T&Cs apply)
